ARYAA honours the breadth of traditional Greek and North Indian cuisine by bringing fresh, wholesome cooking from all regions of Greece, Turkey and India to an elegant, contemporary and comfortable setting in the heart of CBD area.

Great” conquest of Eurasia, Aryaa picks on the food trail of his journey from Europe into Middle East and eventually into North India. Aryaa means

History meets Cuisine


Embark on a culinary journey into history with us to explore Alexander’s expedition across the Mediterranean, the Anatolian plateau, all the way into the Indian subcontinent, where he came face to face with the Aryans in 327 BC.

Named after this point in history, “Aryaa” meaning “Noble” in Sanskrit, offers you an encounter with the gastronomic treasures along this route of conquest. A Unique “Experience” that’s blends History & Food.

About the Chef


 Mehmet Kamil Erkan

Mehmet Kamil Erkan, Master Chef of Aryaa, Singapore’s most exciting Greek restaurant concept, has an inherent passion for food. Born in Istanbul city Erkan has made significant contribution to his family`s business, Hamdi restaurant – founded by his uncle and successfully operated for 42 years in Samsun city. Moving to Greece in 2009 and living in Cyprus – island of Gods, there was no option but to fall in love with Greek food. Working in the best Greek restaurants of Cyprus for over 5 years, Master Chef decided to bring his passion for Greek food to Asia. Erkan describes his personal style of cooking as one with a respect for his intense Greek training while staying true to his roots and authenticity of Greece and Turkey.

His passion for food and determination to achieve resembles his amazing success in the restaurant industry.

A-La-Carte Menu

Starter

Tzatziki (Dip)
Strained yoghurt blended with cucumber, garlic, olive oil, dill and parsley. Served with herb lami-nated bread.
Tirokafteri (Dip)
Spicy cheese made from a blend of feta, cream cheese, yoghurt, habanero peppers and fresh ore-gano. Finished with extra virgin olive oil and fresh olives. Served with thyme and rosemary lami-nated bread.
Fava
Traditional Greek appetizer made with split yellow peas, onions and extra virgin olive oil. Served with herb laminated bread.
Taramosalata (Dip)
Cod roe blended with bread crumbs, lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil. Served with herb laminated bread.
Cheese Saganaki with Fig Gravy
Pan baked cheese with baby figs in gravy and honey. Prepared in a traditional Saganaki, which is a two handled shallow frying pan. Served with herb laminated bread.
Garides Saganaki
Prawns baked with rich tomato, garlic and fresh herbs and finished off with delicate Feta cheese. Served with herb laminated bread.
Bougiourdi
Oven baked spicy red peppers with melted feta cheese, parsley and tomatoes.
Spanakopita
Spinach pie with feta cheese, onions and scallions.
Tiropitakia
A blend feta and cream cheese with egg and parsley.
Greek Falafel
Deep fried fava beans and chickpeas croquettes served with Tzatziki sauce.
Grilled sardines
Lightly grilled sardines topped with fresh lemon dressing.

Samples of the most popular Greek dips: Tzatziki, Tirokafteri, Fava and Tiropitakia, served with pita bread
Cheese and Cold Cuts with Fruit Butter Cocktail (for 2 persons)
Traditional Greek cheeses and cold cuts of beef and chicken pepperoni, honey baked chicken ham and smoked chicken cocktail sausages with blended raspberry, lemon, blueberry butter and Tzatziki sauce. Served with black sesame lavash bread.

Aryaa`s Special (Salad)
Eggplant, carrots, onions, pomegranate and capsicums grilled with a spritz of olive oil then served with a generous drizzling of feta cheese.
Horiatiki (Greek Salad)
A salad straight out of Alexander`s kitchen. A crisp and refreshing blend of tomato freshly imported from Europe, cucumber, onion, fresh spearmint, feta cheese draped in red wine vinegar-oregano dressing.

Main Course - From The Land

Moussaka (Lamb, chicken or vegetarian)
Aubergines, capsicum, potatoes, zucchini topped with a layer of creamy Béchamel sauce then baked to perfection. A Greek speciality.
Soutzoukakia
Minced beef meatballs seasoned with oregano and fresh parsley, finished with a zing of lemon then baked to perfection with diced potatoes and served with tomato rice.
Yogourtlu Kebab
Beef keftedes (kofta) on a pita bread, layered with yoghurt and tomato sauce.
Kotopoulo Me Patates
Fresh spring chicken baked with garlic, potatoes, oregano and cherry tomatoes, finished with a drizzle of lemon juice. Served with tomato rice.
Pastitsio
Luscious layers of juicy minced beef cooked in tomato based sauce and baked together with pas-ta under elegant Béchamel sauce to the golden perfection.
Stifado
Cut of lamb leg slowly cooked in it`s own juice and served in a traditional Tagine on a bed of creamy mashed potato.

Main Course - From The Sea

Grilled or Oven Baked Sea Bream
Grilled whole fish with olive oil, served with a side salad of tomato, cucumber, onion, fresh spearmint, feta cheese and red wine vinegar-oregano dressing.
Jumbo Prawns(1 Prawn / 2 Prawns / 3 Prawns)
Grilled jumbo prawns in extra virgin olive oil and lemon. Served with baked cheese potato.

Main Course - From The Grill

Rosemary Grilled Lamb Brizola
An irresistible temptation of lamb chops marinated in lemon,rosemary, oregano, olive oil and garlic.
Chicken Souvlaki
Grilled chicken cubes on skewers cooked in an aromatic mix of oregano, basil, garlic and olive oil.
Lamb Souvlaki
Grilled lamb and onion skewers cooked in an aromatic mix of oregano, mint, parsley and black pepper.
Aryaa`s Grill Platter
Mix of beef kofta, lamb chops, chicken and lamb souvlaki served with fresh garden salad.(All souvlaki skewers, are served with fresh garden salad, Tzatziki sauce and tomato rice or pita bread).

Gyros

Gyro on pitas
Marinated chicken or lamb, slow roasted and served on a pita topped with onions, tomatoes and tzatziki dip.
Plated Lamb Gyro
Seasoned lamb slow cooked over a rotisserie and served with tzatziki dip.
Plated Chicken Gyro
Marinated chicken slow roasted and served with tzatziki dip.

Desserts

Galaktoboureko
Home made creamy custard wrapped in golden brown crispy phyllo pastry, drizzled with melted butter, bathed in scented syrup with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Aryaa’s Signature Pistachio Baklava
Chopped pistachio nuts held together by honey and served between layers of thin phyllo pastry. Our chefs specialty! Prepared fresh and served with Mocha ice cream on the side.

Homemade yogurt balls served with chilled rich and creamy milk with cardamon and saffron.
(Served with plain rice, naan, raita and papadum)
