Questions that prevent invoice regret

How many learning-support hours per week are included in fees?
What triggers an IEP-like plan — and who attends the meeting?
Will the school read and act on an external ed-psych report?
What is the tutoring goal in one sentence, and the stop date?
Who owns progress review — form tutor, learning-support lead, or parent?

Cash hygiene

One tutor per subject maximum unless there is a written exception.
No open-ended “until grades improve” retainers.
