Verify the clinician on the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) register before you book — unregistered ‘rehab coaches’ are a Reddit trap. Private sessions commonly land around S$150–250 for 45–60 minutes; many corporate outpatient riders only reimburse a handful of visits or carve physio out entirely — read the schedule, not the broker pitch. Public pathways (polyclinic → hospital physio) are slower but far cheaper for foreigners paying full fees; use them when the injury is stable and cash-burn is the constraint. Skip hard-sell multi-session packages until you have a diagnosis and a written plan; sciatica and knee threads repeatedly warn about massage/ultrasound theatre without progressive loading. Ask whether the clinic bills under physiotherapy, sports medicine, or chiropractic — insurer codes differ. For workplace injuries, pair treatment with WICA documentation from day one. This is a category guide, not a ranked clinic list — confirm AHPC registration and your insurer’s outpatient physio rules yourself. Family ops note: post-outbreak return-to-play and sports-day strains are different problems — do not treat a soft-tissue complaint as “just finish house races” without a clinical view. Family ops: residential camp weeks are a poor time to discover untreated sprains — clear niggles before packing blackouts.
