Medical insurance for the nanny is required (MDW-style minimums — confirm live MOM insurance notes before policy start dates). Salary paid to the nanny is taxable; IRAS rules apply even for a short stint.

Package realism (order of magnitude, not a quote)

Decide SG delivery vs home country with unsubsidised foreigner billing in mind — maternity care
