Bus operator notice is not the school’s notice
International-school bus contracts are often with a separate operator. Cancelling school enrolment does not auto-stop the bus invoice. Read the bus agreement for written-notice weeks, term-end cut-offs, and whether a mid-month cancel still bills the full month.

CCA kits, instruments, and coach deposits
Uniforms, instruments, sports kits, and external coach deposits linger after the child stops attending. Some CCAs bill a term in advance; others keep a refundable kit bond. Inventory every CCA the week you decide to leave — not the morning of movers.
- List each CCA with contact, kit items, and deposit amount
- Book instrument / kit return before the bus cancel removes the after-school ride
- Ask whether pro-rata refunds exist after the published cut-off
Same-week stack with withdrawal and movers
School withdrawal notice, bus cancel, CCA returns, and mover lift booking often land in the same fortnight. Sequence so the child still has a ride on the last CCA return day, and so kit returns are not scheduled after the service lift is already booked for packing.

Sibling routes and shared seats

- Re-issue emergency contacts on the surviving bus booking

Driving the CCA run yourself
